CROP Organization, short for Creating Restorative Opportunities and Programs, is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering justice-involved individuals with purpose and dignity. They are reimagining reentry through a holistic, human-centered approach to advocacy, housing, and the future of work. With a team of proximate leaders who have over 100 years of collective experience with the criminal justice system, CROP Organization provides formerly incarcerated individuals with full-service reentry support and 12 months of intensive training to succeed in tech-focused careers.
